Trial has expired in purchased dayz

Question

I purchased full game on friday and it worked a while. Saturday i couldnt launch game because of error message that said trial has expired. I contacted microsoft support and they said to contact bohemia. Are you aware of that, and are you going to fix the problem or what should i do?

Hard reset your console. Sign out then in. Reset your router. Do all 3. See if that works. Also go to your billings and purchases page to verify that the transaction went through. It could be your banks fault if you used a debit or credit card.

Thanks for the tips! Its started working. I didnt have to do nothing. I told microsoft for the problem, dont know did they do something but i did factory reset for xbox and didnt work.
