Is this how i can spawn v3s?

I'm trying to get the v3s spawning on my server and had no luck... i can't even find the parts for it except truck batteries, and i've searched for days hitting up truck spawns, train carriages, and garages all over the map. 

I just copied what the offroad hatchback events.xml had (kind of) and set it to active.

any help would be muuuuch appreciated :-P

also do i need to change anything in the types.xml for any of the v3s things mentioned. 

for example:

The V3S is completely broken chap. Don't even try to get it in. I've spawned a few in, added all the parts and as soon as you get in your screen goes black and you die.

yeah it used to work untill 3 updates ago i can also say you die i got them spawning in but they were sank in the ground i tryed to get in and hope it bounces the vehicle out but i died lol
