Mask textures don't overlap

When i open buldozer, the textures dont overlap/smooth into each other. They Have sharp egdes. Any clou how to make them smooth into each other?

TB mapframe samplers settings:

Terrain sampler

Grid size: 2048x2048

cell size: 10

Terrain size: 20480

 

Satellite source

images size: 2048x2048

resolution: 1

 

Satellite tiles

Size: 2048x2048

Desired overlap: 16

 

Texture layer

Size: 40x40

 

Im afraid to test it out, because each build takes around 25min. So i'd be glad about some ideas. I have already tried to use brush tool in gimp to overlap the grass and rock texture, but it doesn't help.

try changing that to "Desired overlap: 16"  to 32  or 64

it doesnt even save my desired overlap after clicking ok. it sets to 16 when i open properties again
