Anyone got tips on getting them going other than gathering the parts?

Like do I need a complete car for it to work or just 4 wheels, radiator, battery and spark plug?

Headlight bulbs optional?

Yea been finding the with no issues at all. But parts on the other hand, are hard to come by...

 

Had one with all 4 tires, lights and full on gas. But no battery, spark plug, or radiator. I did however manage to get her to move forward, but couldn't reverse. Hit a immovable object and that is that. looking for atm.
