TB issue, will not generate mask layer

So, i made a simple 1 colour mask image, but tb keeps chrashing and closes TB, or freeze when trying to generate the layers for it.

tried every possible, 4/5/6 color, different mask tiles sizes but nothing

anyone having the same issue?
