Hi got a server but dont find where to change loot ,weather stamina etc can someone help me... :D

There isn't much info, most people that know how to configure servers have learned it from the arma servers I think. I gathered some links because I was having the same issues as you: zero documentation.

First link is on this site:

The main file of the server is: "serverDZ.cfg". Know that the ServerTime option in this file doesn't work anymore since the infamous patch we had the 22nd of November.

Now for the loot:

You need to find the "types.xml" file:

Here you can edit the loot that is available in the current patch. This file will change when they release a new version of the server files and you will have to edit each time there's a new server files patch. You can change the minimal amount of a specific item, item respawn time. Do not alter this file if you don't know what you're doing. Here's the link that explains what you can do in this file:

Now the weather settings:
