Scorpion submachine gun. pistols: ij20 , p09 & a 45.cal FNX oh and there's a crappy one shot rifle that fires AKM rounds too but can't remember the name of it. Theres quite a few threads with all weapons listed already. Most pistols spawn at police stations and guardhouses aswell as scorpions and Mp5.
