Weather System bugged

Hi devs

I am playing always on a official server, of course on community servers you can change day night as much as you want. 

But the official servers are always rainy when its night. 

Another problem is that the night time is actually when its night outside in reallife. 

So the weather is locked with the geological time, I live in Switzerland. 

So the night is as long as my reallife night. That doesnt make much fun. 

It would be better to implement a normal day night cycle which is for some hours long, like in the legacy versions.
