Scheduler.xml, MOTD, and RCON Messages Are NOT Working

As of Monday, we saw some RCON messages getting through from someone, presumably a dev. I was hoping this issue would be fixed.

As of right now Scheduler.xml, MOTD, as well as RCON messages are not showing up on the server. Whatever is preventing this needs to be fixed. If the stock setting i set to <off> it needs to be turned <on>.

We run a very popular NO-KILL PVE server and we need our policy on player damage, killing, banning, etc to be visible to players as a stock option.

Catering to Content Creators and Streamers should be a secondary and OPT-IN option, NOT s stock setting.

Is this true? did BI disabled server messages on the client by default? if so, where is the option to turn it on.

They disabled server messages for clients. They need to turn them back on. This is a problem that shouldn't be a problem.
