[REQUEST] Turn Scheduled Messages Back On

Hello,

We've become aware from the new BETA Stable Branch that scheduled messages (Scheduler.xml) as well as MOTD's are turned off for players as a stock option. We need this reversed as soon as possible. We run a very popular No-Kill PvE server that requires players to see the rules through scheduled messages. There is absolutely no way to get our messages across at this time and things are getting a bit chaotic.
