My character is wiped

What do I do to get my survivor back? 

I was playing and then logged off to eat and once I had returned I’m back at the coast with nothing???

sure there wasn't someone around you and shot you when you logged out?

I definitely know that’s a possibility. But I was the only person on the server.

I logged out yesterday, made sure I'd filled water bottles and my 2 other water containers. Ate my fill so I'd be energized, loaded all my mags.
Log in today, it was like I'd done nothing, everything in the red, me weak as a kitten, trying to find stuff in a weakened state, I heard shots, headed for a house, dropped handset, gun goes off, emptying the mag, dude runs in and kills me...….. not a good day. Please sort this out, I bow my head to all the P.C players that have had to deal with all this for so many years.
