Gear Bug

So on the day of 10/11/2018 I had found an m4 and a coyote backpack, and a bit more decent gear. Im running north and I have to leave to go eat. I logged out and come back to a rainy server, I stop at a house to relog and try to find a server that is not raining. Once i logged into a server I noticed most of my gear except for my vest had dissapeared. I had dropped nothing on the other server, I had everything, logged into a new server, most of it is missing. I don't know if it is happening to many people but if anyone has an explanation please tell me. :)

Someone else reported this under the "where's my loot" topic. So far you're the only two I've heard of this happening to here in the forum, but the game is still Alpha and some updates might be erasing newly acquired gear is my take on this. The servers do get taken down for maintenance and some smaller updates, depending on what time your were playing may have played a role in what you experienced.
