BEC + Server crash +Low fps

Server is crash more time. Some time low FPS . Is that problem of BEC ? ...How to close that or repair to stably?

-  increase the maximum queue value   ?? 
  
    try 256 items ?    
   (ya never can have enough live memory)
   & set up a RAID 0

thanks pilgrim**, I didn't know a solution, I just knew the root of the problem lol
