How i can change Public Server to Private Server?

Yes im host my own server.

But how i can change the Public mode to Private?

If  you're hosting your own, it is already a private hive. Unless you mean that you want it locked so you have to use a password to connect or use a whitelist, in which case, add a password in the config file or add BEC for whitelisting.
