Cant Run,jump,or use items

Hi Guys,

I notied the other day while sprinting that my legs were going hard out but moving slow in comperison. Now i can not run at all or jump over stuff. As well I used my hatchet in 3 number and now I can not change back to my axe in slot 1 or my rifle in slot 2 they are consintaly in amber colour but i can take a drimk fro my PET bottle which is in slot 4 but cannot clear my hands either when hatchet or bottle are in my hands by double pressing 3 or 4 keys ??

Any Ideas

Regarding running/jumping you might be low on stamina or carrying to much weight (reducing your stamina below a critical level on which you are not able to sprint/jump any more).

You might not be able to switch your items because you don't have the space in your inventory to store the item from your hands.
