Locked in Database

I still don't know whats going on ive been locked in the database for 6 days what is the cause of this what do I do to fix it, and I don't want to get a refund because I bloody love this game.

Someone please explain or help, was I banned for something ???

What makes you think you'd be entitled to a refund anyway? Always confuses me when people say they will go down the refund route.

 

You haven't been banned, you've probably logged out of several servers within short time of each other, either through crashes, server restarts or server hopping (hopefully not the latter).

 

I've never heard of it last any longer than 30 minutes to an hour though. I'd suggest clearing the local saved data, failing this try a fresh install of the game.

By the way cheers m8 I cleared saved data then it worked great cheers for the help.
