character locked in database for over 24 hours

I've been locked out of database off over 24 hours now. ive deleted and reinstalled day Z I've deleted my save and it still won't work please can you unlock me or even delete my character if you have too been alive for 8 days and was thriving but would rather start again than not be able to play a game i just bought! My gamer tag is:  DaVeThErAvE95x

We are looking into this issue, you are not the only one affected. The problem is connected with servers freezing and kicking players off, bugging their characters and creating errors.

I understand that its just I've seen people post there gt and there account has been unlocked somehow just wary of keeping the game and it not being fixed tbh don't know how long its gonna take to be fixed?
