Ladders with hatches

Climbing ladders on towers near railroads that have a hatch, with railings round. If in third person, when you get to the hatch/opening it glitches, rather than going through the hole it pushes you off ladder as if your climbing out and over the ledge, this then makes you fall to an untimely demise!

The issue is known and the team is working on a fix.

While climbing up the tower you can stop at any second, which will reset your character to the ladder.
