Bullets not registering and can't load mags

Just logged on after a long day, my bullets don't register. I fire at zombies and they carry on as if nothing happened. I videod it. Both guns my SMG and M4. Also can't reload the mags. Take the mag out with the blanks in lel, and it won't let me refill. Imagine this in PvP.
And after signing out and back in to try fix it my fully decked M4 has disappeared. Fuming.
And now I can't reload my SMG. You know the only gun I now have?? It won't let me put a mag in it. All fun.
Now my character is stuck in database. Yey for me.
