You may have been shot, you should bandage up with rags, eat some food, drink some water and you will be fine. 

If it is a glitch, you may consider wiping your character and starting over as the best way to resolve. I'd bet on someone shot you with a silenced AKM or a Mosin

Most likely you were shot if it was a random death screen from full stats. Especially if you were near the spawn zones. lol I've been sniped around there once or twice myself then get to laugh as my team freaks out trying to find out where the bullets are coming from.
