hi,

 i cant even fille my mag (usg45) i got like 4 of them but cant reload them, i got the bullet.

Take 

Take ammo box in hands

RT to unbox.

Take Magazine in hands

Hover over rounds in inventory

Press B to combine

RT to load mag

Take Gun in hands

Hover over mag in inventory

Press B to combine

Also while in a gunfight press LT + Y to swap between clips or mags.
