Closed Beta Player Problems with Purchase/Download

Greetings. I was a closed beta player and deleted my game last night because I need to purchase the new version when released into Game Preview.

My problem is when I go into xbox marketplace, it says I already own the product and when I try to download it and start the game, it crashes every time upon trying to load the initial screen after about 30 seconds.

Any other closed beta players experiencing this?

I tried doing a hard reset of my xbox but same issues occur.

same to me,cant buy game and crash after start.log out and start game,log in and no crash,works for me

An update came out and now I can get on the game.

I guess I got a free copy from being a closed beta player because I haven't payed for it yet but I'm playing it right now :)
