Rusty Reporter 0 Posted August 29, 2018 Greetings. I was a closed beta player and deleted my game last night because I need to purchase the new version when released into Game Preview. My problem is when I go into xbox marketplace, it says I already own the product and when I try to download it and start the game, it crashes every time upon trying to load the initial screen after about 30 seconds. Any other closed beta players experiencing this? I tried doing a hard reset of my xbox but same issues occur. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
