Changing the console keybind /

I use / to raise sights. I once found a way to manually change the console bind to something else, I believe using the physical address. I can't locate the page I got that information off anymore so I'm wondering if maybe someone else has an idea how to do it.

Turns out this is called, "Chat" in keybindings now under multiplayer and you can freely rebind it now.
