Server just restarted everyone into wilderness! Help please!?

Hey everyone,

Our server seems to have restarted everyone into the wilderness, taking all gear including packs off them and just spawning us into the middle of nowhere!? How can we sort this out? Anyone had this experience before and what was the outcome?

Try restarting the server, it seems @Have mod did not collect data from the central database.
