Cannot make a support ticket due to "Captcha" not loading

My character is stuck in a house. Unable to get out of it by running, crouching crawling ect. I went to submit a ticket but i have to make an account on the https://feedback.bistudio.com/auth/register/ to submit, the captcha is not loading and saying "ERROR for site owner:
Invalid domain for site key""

Please tell me what i need to do so i can get my character out of the stuck position.
