3RD Person on a Laptop?

I play just fine without third person, but my friend likes to play 3DP lobbies and I feel like I'm at a disadvantage all the time. I've tried pressing FN + Enter, and there doesn't seem to be a key binding for third person. Have any of you solved this problem?

Serverside setting.

Default key is N°keypad enter.

Go to in-game control settings and rebind.
