Hello, today if i rent a server i just can change little things, like day time, kick, whitelist etc... someone know or have some post about we have a server like arma 2 where we can really be game masters of a server, make changes like loot drop rate, missions, scripts, etc ?

I've only hosted a public standalone server, and you can't do much. Private hives you can do a lot more.
