Loot difference between servers

There is something caught my attention.

In most of DE servers, I always find mp5 on the guard houses. Another servers always have handcuffs and another servers diffrenet loot spawning. If there are boots all over the barracks in a server, the other server has AK's all over it. Why is that happening ? any ideas ? In my main server Im looking for VSS Vintorez magazines (I dont server hop and never will of course) but couldnt find a single one. But I know if I look at the other servers, pretty sure I will find it easily. Is that maybe because of it reached the maximum amount of the spesific item ?

It's really all just by random chance my friend, I dont think any server is really different.
