No. I'd see people serverhopping more to get around them, just like they have to do now in order to get around wire.

Just have one attached to your leg as a result of server hoping, so you have to lug it round like a ball and chain :P

I like the concept but i also have visions of every building in chernarus being full of these things.

For the sake of the mod i hope they are a rare item.
