Faint / black out when running with high blood loss

I never experienced it so far, so I guess it's not in the game at the moment. If you encounter a high blood loss (vision gets black&white-ish) and the player is running around, especially if running at max speed there should be a significant chance of fainting or black out and spending some time unconscious, maybe with a small chance of dying due to heart failure. Running at max speed with such a loss of blood should not be without any problems.
