Question - Duck taping people mouth will be a thing?

When you restrain people you could use duck tape or rope to cover their mouth. Once you covered the mouth he/she cannot use direct chat/communication? Will this be a thing and how much time can this take to develope? 

Also when we will see this thing?

We have discussed this, and it would definitely be interesting - however, we have bigger priorities right now.

As far as when you'll see an item - keep an eye on milestone goals, and that will let you know when it is pending!
