Filter for 1st/3rd and private/public etc.

I strongly vote for new server filter options:

* 1st/3rd person view

* private/public hive

* maybe more like defining a daytime interval (show only e.g. 8:00 - 16:00, exclude fast-time servers, etc)

I wonder, why this hasn't been introduced yet, along with the existing filter options.

Further, the red marker line should span the whole line.
