Hi all

As no one has been in the other thread for this since Feb? Figured I'd ask here.

I have been searching the interwebs for answers but reckon this is the best llace to ask!

 

I have a friend who is moving overseas and wants to sell me his PC.

I7 4 core 3820 overclocked to 4.2GHz

GeForce  GTX 770 2gb

16gb Ram.

Will the above run it decently?

I haven't played on a PC since the early 90's and his stories of DayZ have me intrigued to say the least!

All help is greatly appreciated.

Bear in mind DayZ is far from fully optimised and even very powerful rigs can't guarantee good performance. But if the price is good it should give you satisfying performance in most games on high settings.

Thank you! I'm fully aware of what expect with DayZ! It's my wife's friends husband and it is a red hot price full a full rig! More like a favour really!

I don't think you would have much of an issue running the game. So long as the price is very fair, I would do it.

Thanks mate price about a 3rd of retail! So reckon it's a good deal!
