Long delay with the server

Hi, i have a problem only with this game Dayz SA , im joining to each server with normal ping but when i playing i have very long delay with the server.

i got teleported and i appear in a different places where i didnt run.

to day i played with a friend and i got some thing interesting, i running with him but his doesnt  see me , and affter some sec he said that he see me some where running behide , its like just im lagging.

because i see my friend with out lags.

 

Please help ! :C

(I say again its just in DAYZ SA in other game all fine)

Whats your cpu, ram, and video card please. It would help determine what rubberbanding tower you have.
