Need to restart the game each time I leave a server.

After clicking on yes in exit menu the game freezes on splash logo and the only way out of it is to restart it. Started after the 0,60 patch. Win 7 64 bit.

It sounds to me like you are encountering an uncommon bug. If I were you I would try and search online for a solution, OR I would say your issue will be resolved in an upcoming hotfix. None the less, good luck getting it resolved.

Why would I search online when this forums has dedicated troubleshooting section. Not that posting here got any results.

Try clearing your launch options completely. In steam launcher goto Properties>Launch Options> clear everything but -nopause. It worked for me.
