Installation Problems(Stuck on Prepring to launch)

when the game was doing its first time start up stuff, I blew the circuit my internet was connected to and it cut off internet so it wouldn't load, I clicked out of the start up when it was stuck on step 5 and tried to start it again. Now when I try to start the game it is just stuck on the small window that says preparing to launch dayZ. I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it but it did not work. Please Help Me!!!!

Hey @ryan.carter1353, so I and everyone else that sees this thread understands your problem.

You were starting Dayz SA for the first time right ? And then you plug the internet cable out while Steam was doing those steps after download before Dayz Launches ?  

Have you tried to verify your files on Steam ? Go to your library -> Right click on Dayz -> Properties -> Local Files Tab - > Verify Integrity of Game Cache

Maybe is a steam problem try to reinstall steam.
