Passworded Server City Life RPG 2

Not sure of the best place to report this, and not sure if its allowed or not but I recall reading somewhere that servers were not allowed to be private or passworded and soemone suggested it should be reported here. City Life RPG 2(cityliferpg.com) is certainly passworded so I am putting this here hoping that the relevant powers will deal with it.
