Experimental Progress {Cant post in experimental}

I was wondering, does progress save in experimental? My friend and I played the first .60 experimental, and when the next patch came out, our progress was still saved. I read somewhere that it doesnt each update, so does that mean not every patch, but rather, every update? ex. .60 to .61

Yes.

Some patches within an update might require a wipe too but you can guarantee one when the hundredth place or 10's place changes on the version number.

Also, never get attached to your gear.
