I need a little help.

Recommended Posts

Hello guys. Im having trouble with sound. When i get into menu, everything is working so far so good. But when i join to ANY server, i got no sound. Could anybody help me with it please?

PS: Yes, i already tried to use google but i did not find anything.

Thanks! Have a nice day!

Sound specs might help but to be honest I'm leaning towards a corrupt install. I'd be inclined to "verify integrity of game cache" in Steam (in properties / local files) on the off chance that it would save me from a reinstall... if that didn't work I'd reinstall.

This is of course assuming you don't have similar problems in other games- which may point a smoking gun at your sound device.

Well, i did it and sound is still not working. Just on menu. But.. i noticed something weird. Everytime i join to any server my music stopped too.

That is honestly a very unique problem- not sure I've ever heard of it. Best course of action may be to submit a bug report... perhaps someone sifting through those has encountered it before.

Just a thought- if you go into your device manager are you showing a conflict in your audio devices? Wondering if you have onboard sound going as well as a sound card?
