4GB RAM users. Do you have stutters in the game when in cities?

Hello guys, i want to ask you if you have 4gb of ram, do you have a lot of stutters in the cities while running around? I have a fairly shitty pc (C2D E8400 and gtx750), but i wanted to upgrade to 8gb of ram cuz thats the cheapest upgrade atm.

Frames are not the problem, in 0.60 i have 50 in smaller towns, the only problem is stuttters while everything renders in.

I just wanna know if that's gonna solve a bit of my problems cuz i really stutter in towns and my ram usage is 99% (3.9GB) when in game.

Memory is a huge thing for any PC. 8gb to 16gb is a good jump too but the 4gb to 8gb helps.

C2d CPU's are going to struggle soon if not already with the render. I would suggest trying to get a newer board, cpu and that. i5 cpu quad core.

The 750 might do ok for awhile, 40fps-60fps at most
