russrt4 1 Posted May 10, 2016 I am having major issues getting into a Dayz .60 server. Everytime it loads a server you will see the lighthouse then it switches to a purple grey screen and does nothing. I have made sure sli is turned off and I have gone into the config files and set the windowed mode to 1 but nothing works I have redownloaded the game 5 times and on different drives and the same thing keeps happening. I have turned the over clock on my card off and with no luck. Please if there is anyone that can help me I would much appreciate it. JBURNS489 165 Posted May 10, 2016 (edited) Are you using the auto join queue server function within steam to join? If you are, then that is the issue. It stopped working in .59 if you had the -newui enabled. It still works with the old UI in .59 though. That method will not work for logging into DayZ with .60 either, although I am sure many of us have tried :). Every time I tried it that way I ended up with that exact screen...see post here If you are logging in through a desktop icon or just launching the game normally and this happens after spamming the servers to get in, then you should make sure your OS and graphical drivers are up to date.
