Hello, I bought the server on the website fragnet.net to configure it I can not. On my server there is no loot it in the first, second high ping 220, the third goes to the server for a very long time. at the entrance says "server Timeout" after 7-10 minutes comes to your server! No save on the server! Please help me to solve this problem

Здравствуйте, я купил сервер на сайте fragnet.net, настроить его не могу. На моем сервере нету лута это во первых, во вторых большой пинг 220, в третьих на сервер заходит очень долго. при входе пишет "Ожидания сервера" уже после 7-10 минут заходит на сервер! Нету сохранения на сервере! Прошу помогите мне решить эту проблему
