Error everytime I try to join a server

The error message says "Confirmation of Changes: Connecting Failed" with a button saying restart and when I click it nothing happens. I've restarted steam and Dayz multiple times with no success. Thanks for any help.

In your steam library list of games, right click on DayZ and select "properties" from the bottom of the drop-down.  In the properties window,there is a tab over to the right, at the top of the window, that says "Betas."  Go to the betas tab and click on the upper drop-down menu. Select either option, as the stable and experimental versions are now the same.  If ti does not download immediately, just click back on DayZ in your steam library, and start the update.

What helped in my case, when that happens, is to reset my router. Unfortunately I have to go from third to first floor to do so.  :(
