Standalone Helmet and Plate armor protection.

The helmets and plate armor in game should have more use than just looks. One bullet at least should be stopped by the helmet and plate armor. You take you time finding these items and get one shot by a stray bullet. That should not happen in my opinion or they should not say they offer protection. The description is misleading on these items. I am not asking for them to be bulletproof but more real life like.

Plate carrier is op.

I was running around nwaf, got shot twice, unconscious both times but no bleeding and the plate carrier was only damaged.

The helmets and vest DO offer protection. Its just not so noticeable as most guns that are commonly used cause a lot of damage. You can take quite a lot of damage from small arms but only a few rounds from an ak and usually only one or two from a high powered hunting rifle or SVD.
