I get into US servers much more easily, even tho im in europe. Often get waiting for server response on lower ping servers in europe. for some reason.

Just reverting to the previous version helped me get in to a server in a matter of seconds.

Sure, a pop-up then soon comes up after I spawn telling me to update, but it's still an improvement, lol.

The first time I spawned after updating again, I had no items, or even a backpack, so I respawned.

After doing so, the game works just fine.

This fix works, at least in my case.

This helps in getting into 1.5.6 servers. You can get into 1.5.7 servers with it, but your screen will black out and tell you to update.

Updating to 1.5.7 after that does not help get back into 1.5.7 servers.
