Hello,

 

I have been unable to join any servers other than the experimental since installing the game. I have also verified the files were current as well as made sure I am opted into the beta through steam. Is this something on my end still or is it just that all of the other servers besides the experimental haven't been updated to the current update?

You're one update ahead of the Stable Branch servers.  Expirmental is the Beta, and as implied, both branches are different updates.

Awesome, thank you. So to play on the stable servers I need to switch from the beta?
