Secondly, you should probably contact Steam Support. If your account has been hijacked and got you banned, then there's not much us survivors can do here on the forums.

You will notice the following notice on their website though:

"It’s your own responsibility to ensure that no one else has access to your cd-key or account. We cannot lift your ban if you were banned as a result of cd-key/account theft."

 

So I'm not sure that they will be able to help, but it's worth a try.
