Charcoal tablets on the coast

Also the little blue garden greenhouses - u can get rope, burlap, water purification, antibiotics and charcoal tabs there.

Water still should not harm you and don't need to be purified, so far i know.

un-purified water can give you cholera if taken from ponds, puddles, lakes, rivers etc........ only safe collection is rain water
