BeefBacon 1185 Posted October 8, 2015 Black Mesa is in Chernarus, confirmed. I've never found a camp, despite my best efforts. Never found much in the way of good gear either. Don't know how people find AK74s left right and center, about the best piece of kit I've ever found is an MP5. Can't complain, mind, I like my MP5. Even got a buttstock and compensator for it. GordonFreemanTR (DayZ) 18 Posted October 8, 2015 Since 0.58 once my camp was found, guy shot me down, black screen and Ive jumped from my seat as I never guess someone there, being unconcious for 2min guy didnt make sure I was dead, probably hungry for loot I got up shot him with a fnx, evacuated and removed 3 military tents + 4 barrels and all loot within the next 2-3 hours :) I have also found a camp near NWAF, 7 barrels and 2 tents, also they had hidden trucks nearby,so I have used their trucks to evacuate their camp,I've made two trips back and for with the V3S :) Their mistake was leaving the trucks so close to camp and leaving the battery & glow plugs at their camp. thatguyoverthar11 47 Posted October 8, 2015 (edited) I only have a single barrel stash, which is totally guarded my ninja cyborgs so don't go near it. I would like to obtain a tent but i am just so damn lazy. I've found exactly one player stash right in the middle of cherno behind a big locked door. I guess the guy didn't know you can just punch it open. inside was a v3s with no glow plug but a nice tortilla backpack and food. i took that and split. All servers should be private in future and I'm looking forward to a lockable cabinet or something which can only be destroyed via rare items,also cant wait for base building.
